Products generally ship within 3-7 days upon receiving orders. Smaller items ship via FedEx. Larger items are shipped via a reputable LTL Carrier. To ensure a smooth delivery, please include a daytime phone number so contact with the freight company can be established.
We offer free shipping to any Farm Show we attend. Please try to place you order 1-2 weeks prior to the show date, so as to ensure product availability. Show dates can be found here.
Wingfield offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If the harrow does not perform as well as we say, you can return it and only be out the return shipping costs. Wingfield also offers an industry first 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects. If a harrow tine should break or spread open during the normal course of use, we will replace it free of charge!
Special requests may result in extra charges (for example: expidation of order, requesting a freight company call, special pacakging, etc). Any special requests must be made during the order process. Wingfield is only responsible for the first one-way shipment to customer. The customer is responsible for any added freight fees because of returned packages due to wrong address, return due to not being picked up from the freight company on time, etc.. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.
